Neighbors’ Karl and Susan Kennedy home for sale in Melbourne
This is the house where Karl and Susan Kennedy raised a family on Neighbors, and now it’s on sale in real life.
With a price guide of between $ 1.05 million and $ 1.15 million, the brick house has hit the market in Vermont South, east Melbourne.
“Add your last name to the Kennedys, Kinskis and Kellys honor rolls of this famous TV showcase of family life,” the list of domain properties bed.
“There is no need for real drama, just pure relaxation in that family pocket.”
The house is on Pin Oak Court – not really Ramsey Street – and it’s been on sale for the first time since 1978 when it sold for just $ 68,000.
TV fans will recognize it as the location outside of Karl and Susan’s longtime home, and it’s a behind-the-scenes stop Neighbors tours.
The house has been a mainstay of the soap series since its debut in 1985, previously occupied by Des Clarke and Mike Young.
In 1994, the Kennedys moved and the family remains there today.
Karl moved away for a while when the couple broke up, but they got back together, of course.

Pin Oak Court is a quiet cul-de-sac in the real world and with just six homes it offers a real opportunity to meet neighbors.
“Be the next lucky couple to join the neighborhood that has graced our screens since 1985,” the list reads.
